Main tasks:

·             Manage all financial and operational accounting activities including monthly closings, AP/AR, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, audits, etc.

·             Develop financial and tax strategies.

·             Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.

·             Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.

·             Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

·             Responsible for risk management, monitor all open legal issues involving the company.

·             Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.

·             Responsible for official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.

·             Responsible for financial outlooks and financial forecasts, ensure the accuracy.

·             Ensure compliance with local and state budgetary reporting requirements.

·             Responsible for FI planning and policy-making committees.

·             Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.

·             Oversee the management of all company assets.

·             Responsible for communication with HQ.

Education requirements / Experience：

·             Bachelor degree or above in finance/accounting.

·             Rich related experiences working in an IT service organization.

·             At least 10+ years’ experience in a large finance function within an international enterprise.

·             A strategic controller as well as a good accountant, with a proven record of successful industrial manufacturing experience is an asset.

·             Must have superb analytical skill and business acumen to assess strategic opportunities and to ensure the financial success and growth of the business.

·             Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel skills are necessary.

·             ERP knowledge, experience and ERP implementation is a plus.

·             Fluent in English and Chinese.
