 Responsibilities:    

• Steering of supplier nomination & project development relevant activities within project;

• Responsible for Project Acquisition Booklet (Purchasing Function) to assure acceptable EBIT according to region target;

• Organize Technic Review in RFQ phase, transfer technic & specification to supplier, assure feasibility study and full evaluation in Grammer function team for further nomination;

• Responsible for supplier nomination in sourcing table, include Astras RFQ and IST/RST sheet;

• Work for best payment term, MOQ and lead time etc.;

• Responsible for supplier contract on time;

• Generating concepts for stabilization, steering and securing of supplier quality, amounts and punctuality of deliveries;

• Execution of requests for proposal and evaluation of offers within the frame of technical and economical aims;

• Responsible for Project Track Booklet and PMC review;

• Responsible for BOM cost to archive best price before project handover;

• Tracking supplier development include timing, quality and serial production ready (R @ R, PPAP) through APQP matrix with cross function team;

• Goof communication with international customers and suppliers;

• Execution resp. care of value analyses;

• Take care of design to cost and target costing for new projects;

• Project reporting regarding budget compliance, target costing, schedules and quality for purchasing volumes;

• Other tasks assigned by Manager or Director.

   

  Job Specification / required skills:

  • Industrial engineering or technical business economist bachelor or above;

  • Equal or above 5 years working experiences on Seating Purchasing role, deep knowledge on truck will be preferred;

  • Good at English speaking and writing;

  • Supplier quality or technic design role will be preferred;

  • Familiar with office tools of excel, PPT, and SAP;

  • Active and effective communication;

  • High ability of understanding and identification;

  • Brave facing challenge and tough spirit is necessary;

  • Good team work and organization.
