Be responsible for technical marketing work of all pigment products in Coating application in Greater China, be responsible for managing Coating lab

Technical Support                                                                                           

• Visit customer in Great China to develop sales of all pigment product
• Provide technical support to customer in whole sales process
• Provide technical training to ext/int people
• Cooperate with Global/Regional TM team to lead/support GKA/RKA projects

Marketing & Development

• Collect market information and trend in GC
• Design technical promotion strategy according to market information & technical evaluation results
• Decide new product development target
• Present Clariant pigment products in public seminar, meetings, etc. in GC & SK

Internal technical works

• Carry out TM projects for Global & Regional team
• Cooperate with local PM for new product development
• Cooperate with local QM for existing product improvement
• Cooperate with local PS for product safety improvement
• Cooperate with colleagues from other BLs to support whole pigment business

Management

• Manage coating team, setup annual PDI, carry out performance review, arrange training & development plan
• Design and implement work process according to practice
• Develop coating lab within approved budget      

Qualifications

• Master's degree, Chemistry, Material, Polymer or related Major
• 7 years or more technical work experience
• Familiar with operation in plants and coating lab               
• Extensive knowledge and experience in coating colorants, color science, coating application, etc.
• People management skills
• Good English skills in listening, reading, writing and communication
