1. Provide professional counselling to potential international students and their parents

2. Follow up online enquires from potential international students and parents

3. Maintain and update international target database

维护和更新国际招生客户信息

4. Disseminates and effectively communicates international admission and procedures to prospective students, parents

开拓潜在学生和家长资源，并与其保持有效联系

5. Support the enrolment goals of the college by implementing effective admissions process.

运用有效方法完成学院安排的工作目标

6. Processes admissions applications according to SBC and NCUK’s entry requirement.

根据SBC和NCUK的入学标准筛选来自学生的入学申请

7. Support recruitment events and activities

支持招生活动

8. Provide sufficient counselling to help students make achievable study plan and further study choice including individual counselling and organizing counselling workshop

为学生提供咨询帮助其完成学习计划，包括以面谈或是研讨会的形式

9. Follow university application procedure, to help students placed by one of the partner universities efficiently

根据相关政策，帮助学生完成转校交接

10. Provide effective visa and accommodation application support, as well as departure arrangement support

协助学生办理签证和住宿申请，以及离校手续等

11. Update and maintain student database

12. International students visa and residence policy update yearly

The Sino-British College (SBC) is an international university college, jointly established by the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology (USST), and 9 leading British Universities: The University of Bradford, The University of Huddersfield, The University of Leeds, Leeds Metropolitan University, Liverpool John Moores University, Manchester Metropolitan University, The University of Salford, The University of Sheffield, and Sheffield Hallam University.
 
SBC became a fully licensed university college on September 1st, 2006. It is the only Shanghai-based higher education institution to be awarded a license by the Chinese Ministry of Education to offer full degree programmes taught entirely in English to multiple overseas universities (the so-called "1 to N Consortium Model"), either taught entirely at the Shanghai campus, or with a period of study abroad. Graduates are awarded degrees from one of the partner British institutions.
 
SBC is based in a beautiful historic campus in the heart of the city of Shanghai. Currently, it has about 2,000 full-time undergraduate students and about 150 international students from 42 countries and regions. Degree programmes are taught entirely in the English language across the whole spectrum of Business and Engineering by a highly qualified academic team comprising about 80 international staff from 20 different countries plus over 100 bilingual administrative staff many of whom have studied for international degrees.
