职位描述
本岗位适合该岗位的三类人：
- 有过编程经验但又不愿意一直coding的软件工程师
- 有过制造业产品设计工程师，工艺工程师，产品经理，但又不愿意过着枯燥的工程师生活
- 有过PLM行业其它产品的实施经验，无论是国产还是国外系统
该岗位需要具有综合能力的知识型人才：
- 具有工程产品设计的行业专业知识，又对基础的IT知识有着喜好和专研
- 有着较强的求知欲
- 对英语能够读写，或借助翻译工具可以正常理解外文资料
- 有组织文章，合理通顺，逻辑清晰
- 在此基本要求之上我们需要PLM系统相关实施经验的工程师，不论是国产系统还是国外系统
- 对PLM的义务需求较为熟悉，且有独立完成系统部署，或完整项目实施的经验
具体工作:
- 熟练掌握德国CONTACT Software的CIM Database系统,
- 熟练掌握系统的各个模块功能, 并可以提供方案可行性的技术验证评估和建议
- 与业务方案顾问紧密合作,确保各功能符合设计预期
- 与开发工程师紧密合作,确保各定制功能需求准确传达转换为开发需求
- 主导项目实施过程中的系统部署 ,配置等各项落地工作
- 整理归档系统技术总结性文件,做到技术团队内部的知识积累
- 对给客户设计的功能业务场景和进行测试,并记录和管理相关问题
- 编写系统用户操作手册同时进行用户培训和指导工作
