- 发货管理
- 及时准确在SAP系统录入订单
- 确保订单传输 / 仓库发货 / 系统关单的及时性
- 及时与仓库协调,处理发货破损/短缺/延迟等问题
- 报表及订单归档
- 制作周销售报表
- 月末核对SAP系统与第三方仓库系统的库存, 查找差异原因
- 订单/签收单归档
- 供应商管理 : 关注第三方仓库的操作运行情况, 汇总问题, 与仓库协调提高服务质量
- 发货及仓库管理整体流程的持续优化
- 协助进口部处理报关文件
岗位要求:
- 1年左右销售助理或客服经验
- 熟练运用Excel
- 简单英语读写
- 有EPR系统的操作经验, SAP系统尤佳
- 有耐心、做事仔细, 具有良好的沟通方式和习惯

In March 2010 the business continued via Goodwell China Marketing Services. During the Shanghai 2010 World Expo Lotus Bakeries sampled over 6 million Original Caramelised biscuits for free in the six months at the entrance of the EU-Belgium pavilion. This was one of the major breakthroughs in China as 95% of the visitors were Chinese from all over the country.
In 2014 Lotus Bakeries established their office located in Shanghai and took over the business from Goodwell China Marketing Services. Lotus Bakeries China is responsible for the import, warehousing, distribution, sales and marketing in China. In the last couple of years the company has established sustainable growth in China.
Lotus Biscoff is sold throughout China. You will find the product in over 90 major cities in 30 different provinces at all main (international oriented) supermarkets like Carrefour, Auchan, Metro, Walmart, Fresh Market, Olé, Tesco, Citishop, etc. An important part of the sales also goes via internet websites such as Taobao, Tmall, 360 Buy, Amazon, etc.
