职位描述

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):

- To develop annual sales plan/customer strategy to meet business targets and make maximum profit

- To lead JBP plan and deliver outstanding performance to gain mindshare

- To lead TM campaign and enhance TBL presence & achieve business target

- To provide customer/channel insight and develop new business opportunities

- To build network for smooth cooperation and develop subordinate’s capability for successor plan

This role has a two-fold responsibility:

Business Management Activities:

- Establish customer strategies to meet long-term & short-term business target and ensure solid turnover

- Lead customer plan and deliver outstanding performance to gain mindshare

- Lead campaign (i.e. platform event like 618, D11, D12, CNY; TM IP like Super Brand Day, Big Brand Day; brand campaign like new collection launch) and enhance TBL presence & achieve business target

- Responsible for monthly planning and manage operation for assigned platform(s)/store(s), which including analyzing promotion efficiency to recommend further activity plans; Guiding TP to drive store operation efficiencies by UV, conversion, campaign/always-on design

- Prepare and manage forecast/ business reviews for assigned platforms, report on variances to the budget and reasons for variance

- Coop with MKT to develop best-in-class consumer experience solutions and enhance TBL brand presence in platforms to highly engage with on-line shopper and drive conversion

- Be responsible for spending management. Balance and control investment with annual plan, to make maximum profit

- Base on market dynamic to develop new business opportunities

Network & People Management Activities:

- Manage internal departments and external customer/partner relationship through effective communication to achieve smooth cooperation; develop team work across functions and with customers/partner if necessary

- Develop, coach, and motivate subordinates, recognizing level and skill, while capitalizing on their strengths, skills and capabilities for succession planning

Experience

- Strong Ecommerce background in key account management with ability to meet sales objectives

- Trade marketing or Sales experience in FTW&APP industry is beneficial

- 8-10 years, with at least 3 years in Ecom
