服务协调员 Service Coordinate

工作内容:

1. 负责仪器报修、维修合同及相关订单处理。

2. 服务咨询如案件进度、产品说明书提供等。

3. 备件销售支持与报价，质保更换备件保管。

4. 服务记录（报告）定期整理与发放。

5. 服务备件订货、维修领用与管理。

6. 客户投诉、客户反馈收集管理。.

7. 接受公司指派的其他相关工作。

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for repair case register, repair contract, following order processing.

2. Provide customer enquiry such as repair service status, product manual.

3. Provide spare quotation, repairing quotation and contract.

4. Collect service records (repair) and share the info with other department.

5. Need order spare for service if necessary and keep trace for these parts.

6. Collect and handle customer complaint, feedback.

7. Accept other tasks assigned by company.

任职条件 Requirement

1. 良好沟通表达能力，较好的英文水平。Good communication and english ability.

2. 有客户支持或销售经验，对服务工作热情。 Have customer support or service experience

and passion to service job

3. 具有一定备件库存管理知识 Have knowledge about spare stock management

4. 能熟练 Office软件，懂Sap者优先考虑。 Can operate office and have experience of
