Function / ResponsibilityCAPSULE EQUIPMENT & WORKSHOP  

 - Manage Inventory of all equipments in the workshop  

 - IQ/OQ/PQ : protocol writing and testing  

 - Manage critical utilities for the process (air, water)  

 - Manage General maintenance and cleaning of the area 

 - Manage spare parts 

 - Maintaining an updated process (instructions) regarding equipment use 

- Write appropriate SOP to run equipements (process & analytical)CAPSULE DEVELOPMENT 

- Write in lab notebook all trials doneCreate Capsule Protocol based on existing model from BSL  

-  Transfer Protocol to/from when neededCreate Film formula into GPMS (standard and obtained)Create Finished Capsule formula into GPMSValidate  Finished Product based on specifications  

 - Determine Physical Parameters (Hardness, Granulometry)  

- Validation in finished product application (Stability, Sensory evaluation)Set stability test to guarantee shelf lifeRaw Material Management 

- Manage raw material stock  

- Approve alternate RM Vendors / SuppliersMaintain Proper Traceability of all samplesPROJECT MANAGEMENTOrganize / Manage the Pilot Plant (Capsule) Schedule 

- Daily runs as needed by project demandsInteraction / Coordination w/ MASH Sales and Technical teams, TBU and BsLCheck regulatory of finished CapsulesLibrary Management  

- Organize the Capsule Catalog (Library Offerings)Support Customer visits and Presentations that are Capsule relatedCOMMUNICATION WITH BSLAssure the formulas transfer from/to BsL based on proceduresAssure the Capsules Technology coordination/interactions
