JOB DESCRIPTION

-        Work on green screen keying for dance footages

-        Understand the intention of each video direction and work independently on video production

-        Work closely with the concept team to realize video background

-        Understand the music and animate the assets according to the rhythm and mood of the song

-        Understand the feedback and adjust accordingly

-        Respect the deadline and production rules, work with high efficiency and high quality

-        Create simple 3D models and render with Cinema 4D

职位描述：

-        对拍摄的视频进行绿幕抠像

-        理解每个视频的创意方向并独立完成视频制作

-        与原画团队紧密合作实现视频背景动画

-        根据音乐的节奏和情绪进行动画制作和调整

-        根据反馈进行调整

-        在规定时间和工作流程内高效高质量地完成视频制作

-        制作简单的3D模型并使用C4D渲染

QUALIFICATIONS

-        Minimum 2 years’ experience in video production and motion design related field

-        Good artistic and animation sense is required

-        Proficient with After Effects, a good understanding of the 3D layers in AE, master Shape Layer animation and camera projection, master different plugins in AE, for instance: Particular, Plexus, Element 3D, Stardust etc

-        Proficient with Cinema 4D, especially with Mo Graph module

-        Quick learner and eager to improve constantly

-        Interested in fashion, music and pop culture

-        Good communication skills  and basic English skill is required

-        Positive and able to work under pressure

-        熟练掌握After Effects软件，对After Effects三维层级关系和抠像插件有充分了解，熟练掌握Shape Layer动画和摄像机投射技术，能够熟练运用AE常用插件，例如Particular，Plexus，Element 3D，Stardust等

-        熟练使用C4D，尤其是Mo Graph模块

-        对作品动画节奏，色彩搭配方面有较好地把握

-        良好的学习能力，能够在工作中持续学习（渲染，特效，创意，动画）提升自己

-        了解时尚，音乐等流行文化

-        良好的沟通技巧及基本的英文读写能力

-        保持积极的工作态度，具备抗压能力
