Our office based in Shanghai is looking for a Service Engineer

The job description:

Our shanghai base is situated in an office & demo laboratory facility in MinHang district. From this base you will be majorly responsible for the application and some marketing activities as well. Your activities will include:

1) Install,repair and maintenance instrument

2) Promote maintenance contract for user

3) Handing customer request and provide technical support.

4) Keep good relationship and communication with customer

5) Learn new application knowledge of related products.

6) Report regular work timely

7) Contribution to product improvements by reporting customer suggestions to development team

Your Profile:

1) Bachelor’s degree or above , in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry related

Strong electronic and automatic knowledge background ,2+ years of lab’s repair engineering experience on testing or instrumentation.

2) Excellent hands-on working experience on instrument.

3) Be able to keep frequency traveling.

4)Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills. You are an active listener and able to assimilate and analyze your customers’ application needs efficiently.

5) Positive,constructive and open to other points of views, you are highly self-motivated and self-disciplined

6) Skillful English speaking listening and writing is the must
