iFOSEA is a software development company backed by Fosun. Our team is developing a leading management solution for SMEs, utilizing the modern technologies on mobile phones. While the initial target is to cover 350K+ SMEs in China, the solution is also aiming to cover global market and thus require 1st class quality in software development and team management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that the product strategy is met and define functional requirements and features of DB1 product
- Provide input to product roadmap and suggest suitable launching models.
- Monitor industry innovations, perform competitive analysis and prepare business requirement documentation.
- Gather requirements from prospectors and customers, prepare product requirement documents.
- Prepare required mock-up wireframe presentation of all new applications or features for executive buy-in.
- Responsible for the delivery quality of the product, prepare technical specifications for functional test.
Qualification
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in toB product design or system solution design as product designer/owner role, at least 3 years' experience in mobile product design as product manager (SaaS is a plus)
- Engineering background, B.S / B.Eng. or above, excellent in spoken/written English
- Familiar with toB applications and user preferences, with proven successful records to from 0 to 1 on product design
- Global experience preferred
- Proficient with design methodology in order to deliver MRD, PRD (including UX in Axure), functional tests and product specification in first-class quality
- Excellent learning capability, system thinker, being able to think in a big picture and focus on details
- Self-driven, result-oriented proactive, and strong work ethics facing challenges and tension, willing to learn and take constructive suggestion
