岗位职责：

1、具有一定的英文文献阅读能力，可以独立进行方案制定。

2、参与公司的动物实验研究及相关实验操作，具备基本的实验动物操作能力。

3、研究期间，随时进行项目沟通，定期进行项目药理学研究进展汇报，及时提出研究中所遇到的问题及可能的解决方案，确保临床前研究按计划完成。

4、参与实验室人员培训，实验室规范管理，进行SOP的书写。

岗位要求：

1、生物学，药学，免疫学，医学，动物医学等相关专业硕士学历。

2、能独立查阅文献，撰写各类报告

3、工作积极主动，具有一定的创新能力和沟通协调能力。
