In charge of Overall Accounting issues, and supports all overseas and mainland China entities accounting issues.

? Adapt and optimize the ERP system to be well-matched to the actual situation of the enterprise, and meet the internal control requirements;

? Ensure internal and external reporting package to comply with local and global finance and controlling standards/policies, China GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP

? Oversee, contribute and continuously identify ways to improve the monthly close, review and approval of journal entries and reconciliations, and prepare consolidated financial statements, while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the reporting

? Manage annual financial audits with external auditors. Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls (compliance to approval authority matrix) and financial procedures

? Ensures the timely and accurate execution of all accounting and financial (e.g., month-end close, controlling, reporting, taxation, treasury) tasks
? Liaison with external stakeholders, eg: bank/tax bureau/investors/related government issues, etc

? Team management and other ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications：
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
? 5-8 years of leadership experience in general accounting/finance areas

? Deep Understanding of China GAAP/US GAAP/IFRS and has the willingness to learn new things
? Experience in Pharma industry preferred, and Big-4 experience is plus
? Fluency in Chinese and English

? Well knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP)
