Job Description

  

l  Support the sourcing strategy for raw materials covered

  

l  Running bidding and negotiation

  

l  Helping to sign contract with suppliers

  

l  Monitor supplier performance

  

l  Deliver savings target set by the global function and the local business team

  

l  Helping to build solid supply base to ensure long term success

  

 

  

Desired Skills and Experience

  

• Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies.

• Knowledge and skills of direct material sourcing, e.g. raw materials in general

• Experienced in supplier relationship management.

• Good communication skills to collaborate across various functions both internally and externally

• Bachelor's Degree

          

• Fluent mandarin and English communication in verbal and written

• 2-5 years of sourcing experiences

• Food industry experiences preferred

• FMCG industry experiences preferred
