Main tasks and responsibilities

· Leverage on digital media to support company marketing and digitalisation.

· Activities include utilisation of digital media (LinkedIn, WeChat, online platforms etc.) to organise various types of events, including knowledge sharing, solutions & partners promotion etc.

· Provide daily operations support to the digital marketing events.

· Maintain and update the company website.

· Actively work with different teams to help drive group’s commercial excellence including presentation/video/poster/catalogue/brochure/translation etc. in daily work.

· Other projects within launch function assigned by launch leaders.

· Manage freelancers or agencies in the execution of the activities.

• Major in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or related Bachelor or Master degree. Knowledge of digitalisation is a plus.
• Familiar with the use of digital media for marketing programmes, with proven record of organising & supporting marketing events. Good communication skills.
• Eager to learn, hardworking, goal oriented team player and able to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English skills; Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Internship experience in marketing or digital function in an enterprise or agency is an advantage.
