Missions:

• Develop and enhance our animation systems and pipelines.
• Follow and explore latest innovation in animation technology in Ubisoft and in the industry.
• Build strong relationships with relevant partners in animation technology.
• Actively participate in discussions about development process with the other production teams (AI, Animation, Game Design, etc…).
• Document features and systems and share knowledge with other team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience of game development programming.
• Strong C++ skills.
• Good knowledge of animation technology: blend trees, animation graphs, mocap, motion fields, procedural animation, IK, etc…
• Passion for games, strong feel for animation aesthetics.
• Strong ability in problem solving and adapt to change.
• Results-driven with a strong attention to detail.
• Pro-active communication skills.
• Good English communication both written and oral.

Pluses:

• Experience with at least one shipped title.
• Computer science, mathematics or related degree.
• Experience with Node Graphs.
• Interest and Experience with Motion fields or other advanced animation technics.
