Roles&Responsibilities:

• Product and Process responsibility after MS4 (SOP)  

• Strong involvement before MS4 (SOP), giving strong input to product, process development.

• Drive Lean manufacturing, become site LEAN expert.

• Drive and Implement LEAN and other production improvement

• Help drive automation.

• Safe Launch management.

• Meet Product, Production Costs, Yield and Cycle Time performance targets

• Drive continuous improvement.

• Alignment with HQ on the product and processes, ramp up and performance

• Packaging design (Shipping packaging).

• Communication with customers – internal & external.

   * Managing and owning all issues.

Required Competency:

1. Very Strong sense of ownership and leadership

2. Very strong communication skills written and verbal in Chinese and English, Korean and or Japanese and advantage.

3. Strong computer skills in Microsoft word, XLS and PPT.

4. Work to a high quality standard, push continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

5. Strong Demonstrable experience in handling Product Ramp ups

6. Demonstrable strong team work within a cross functional team.

7. Demonstrable knowledge/expert of assembly production and LEAN techniques.

8. Strong Knowledge of Electronics assembly techniques, EMS.

9. Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and MES an advantage.

10. Knowledge of Robotics and automation an advantage.

11. Software skills would be a strong advantage.

12. PCBA design and manufacturing knowledge an advantage.

13. Knowledge of software, testing and calibration a strong advantage.
