- Propose innovative solutions that are necessary for the products under his/her responsibility, in all phases of the product's life

- Oversee innovation projects that are in line with the goals of the strategic plan, and with defined resources, budgets and lead times

Analyze customer technical files  and lead the technical presentation of RFQs

Organize benchmarking for product families;

Five years product engineer experience at least for air vent and/or Bezel cluster development;

五年以上产品工程师，至少在出风口和控制面板、仪表板开发方面有经验；

Product design skills for air vent and/or Bezel as plus;

出风口和控制面板、仪表板的产品设计技能

Knowledge for injection/painting/coating/assembly as plus;

具有注塑/喷漆/涂层/装配等相关知识；

Good communication skills;

良好的沟通能力；

English :oral and written as must;

英语：必须口头和书面；
