主要职责：

1. 统筹负责公司各项目工程造价管理及工程招投标、采购及合约管理；

2. 组织编制及审核各项目工程造价预算，提供专业意见并监督工作执行；

3. 审核各项目工程类费用付款申请及相关资料，审核各项目施工中各类工程变更/签证或因各种原因所引起的额外成本，对终止合同提供成本及合约方面的专业意见；

4. 推进各项目部开展各类招投标工作，包括投标单位资格预审、名单报批、开标、议标、评标、定标等，审核各项目部提交的招投标计划及招投标过程文件，提供专业意见并监督过程执行；

5. 审核各项目部提交的各阶段动态成本报告，提供专业意见并监督成本管控；

6. 组织编制及审核各项目各类工程结算报告，提供专业意见予项目部作适当调整和跟进，适时组织参与结算谈判，确保结算合理和符合公司要求；

7. 负责各项目工料测量顾问单位的选择、评估与变更，过程中跟进、评估及监控其工作质量，负责各项目驻场QS人员培训及评估其工作质量。

职位要求：

1. 具有工程管理、造价管理或相关专业大学本科或以上学历，造价工程师或相关职业资格；

2. 具有5年以上工程造价管理岗位工作经验，曾独立负责过2个以上完整项目全程工程造价管理，有多业态综合体项目工程造价管理经验经验；

3. 具备丰富的展厅展馆类项目预结算、动态成本管理等相关知识，熟悉成本控制、相关政策、规范；

4. 具有一定的识图能力，能熟练操作电脑及各种算量软件、常用办公软件，逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的协调沟通、组织统筹及决策能力；

5. 工作责任心强，具有良好的职业道德和操守，并具有良好的团队合作精神。
