Responsibilities:

·                  Familiar with related product specification and performance of Maillefer, related service skill

·                  Fulfill appointed Maillefer product’s commissioning, maintenance and service and customer training

·                  Support clients from Goods arrive until acceptance, last payment and related after sales service.

·                  Provide reports as per company’s policy

·                  Promote Maillefer product and maintain marketing reputation of Maillefer and clients relationship

·                  Meet the company’s customer satisfaction, support for Spare parts sales

·                  Support related Exhibition

·                  Support officing issues when not in travel

·                  Behaviour should meet all Maillefer employee requirement and Maillefer+DS Policy

Requirements：

·                  University degree or above with major in electric engineering or related

·                  Familiar with Siemens/ABB PLC/PC, AC/DC drive system

·                  At least 5-year experience in service / commissioning of automation system

·                  Good communicating, organising & reporting skills

·                  Hard work and team work spirit with pleasant character

·                  Good mastering of written and oral English, CET 6 is preferred

·                  Computer software including MS Windows, MS Office, etc.

·                  Available for frequent business travelling

·                  Shanghai resident
