主要工作内容：

1、前台总机电话转接至相应部门并过滤不必要的推销电话。

2、收发传真：将收到的传真下发相应人员，并做好相关传真发送。

3、收发快递：做好每日发送快递的工作、做好记录并关注快递进程，收到快递通知到本人。

4、做好外来人员到访记录，与内部员工公出登记事宜。

5、做好饮用水订购与统计工作，及时订水。

6、做好请假单收集，核对加班时间，及时完成考勤汇总工作。

7、配合完成人员招聘，每天定时刷新简历，导出合适简历发送至各用人部门，对用人部人选定的人做好面试预约工作。

8、配合完成新员工入职流程，做好办公用品、劳防用品下发与记录工作，及时更新员工联系表。

9、配合完成员工离职手续，做好相关物品回收与记录。

10、完成对外人员工名片印制的工作。

11、及时送分析测试服务外样至质量部，以及核磁管的回收领用。

相关前台、行政、文明工作经验；待人随和、热情，做事仔细、负责；会熟练操作办公自动化。
