Responsibility:

A critical member of the Brand marketing team who is responsible for planning, developing and executing impactful, brand-centric content to drive long-term brand equity. The position is responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of VARTA and house of brands’ content across multiple social media channels as well as site integration. In addition, a strong creative-support provider for other functions if needed.

Typical Duties:

· Provide leadership in content, creative and visual equities across all initiatives and deliverables across multiple channels

· Develop content calendar for each social media channel to align with Marcom calendar, product and brand launches, events and activations and other brands that continually evolve and adjust content plan to meet and/or exceed metric targets including engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, traffic etc.,

· Manage and mentor content, creative and brand evolution and independently provide direction and guidance. Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of content distribution channels to enable continuous on how to generate awareness and engagement

· Hands-on expertise on asset creation (KV/H5/Poster/Leaflet/Video etc.,), for example design, maintain and export production-quality graphic assets, build components and systems that ensure visual and creative consistency

· Identifying new trends to spark new innovative content development for organic growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in graphic design or multimedia design
• Minimum 8+ years of in marketing communications and social media & content management field
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Automotive related industry
• Agency background
• US-based companies
• Board experience including brand identity, art direction, content strategy and development, video and social media
• A great eye for branding and good creatives
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from inception to completion with accountability for goal setting and results
• Operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Computer skills – specifically, command of Microsoft Office programs
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Photoshop/Adobe illustrator/Adobe After Effects/Adobe Animate/Adobe Premiere/H5/问卷星
