职位描述


1.  管理计划团队对需求的分析。和所有计划员配合，制定公司主生产计划。

Supervise planning team work on demand analysis. Work with all planners for the Master Production plan。

2.  监督计划团队执行MPS和交付计划。

Supervise planning team work on MPS and delivery plan.

3.结合成品及原材料库存，分析物料及产能状况，制定主计划，以满足客户的订单需求，同时兼顾优化提高工厂的效率

  Draft MPS/Delivery Plan per raw material availability and production capacity to satisfy customer demands, Meanwhile, also need to care the efficiency of plant and balance the FG inventory and RM inventory.

4. 和采购部门合作，追踪影响发货计划的关键物料，确保生产所需材料以满足客户需求。 

Track critical material caused low output delivery together with Purchasing dept. Ensures production has required materials to meet customer demand;
5. 每周维护管理系统内的主计划，保证物料规划按主计划执行。
Weekly manage MPS in ERP for MRP.
6. 管理工单以保证主计划及发货计划的执行。
Open WO according to MPS and delivery plan.

7. 协调解决发货计划实施过程中产生的问题。 

  Full support the commitment of delivery        

8. 项目EOL时，协调处理管控成品，原材料库存，在制品及原材料未关订单的状况。
Full support the management of the FG/RM stock, WIP and material PO when products EOL and prepare the E&O report。
9. 每周进行原材料库存分析，执行相应的改进计划。 Do the analysis for RM inventory per week. and follow up the action plan to improve the inventory.
10.解决大客户的投诉和关键问题 。
Resolve big customer complaints and critical issues regarding the delivery

任职资格

  Job Qualification

1. 学士学位 Bachelor’s degree

2. 5年或5年以上生产计划/物料计划相关供应链管理经验  

more than 2 years of experience in Planning/Material/Delivery process, supply chain management

    3.有EMS / ODM相关经验

  Degree supported by EMS/ODM experience

4. 具有一定ERP系统和MRP相关知识
ERP system and working knowledge of MRP

5. 对数据敏感，流利的英语口语，精通excel  

Sensitive to data，Be fluency in oral English，Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

6.有良好的沟通能力；有良好的分析和解决问题的能力；有责任心，团队协作能力。

  Good communication skills; Good analytical and problem-solving skills;Good sense of responsibility and team spirit.
