Looking for freelance recruiters/headhunters for projects in Automotive, Automation and IT industries in China.

• To provide qualified candidates for each role assigned until the candidate-to-be-hired has been identified (at least 5 candidates)
• Provided candidates must be:
• Matching job requirements (at least 90% match)
• Screened and interviewed
• Have required level language skills
• Salary is withing an established budget
• Available, motivated and interested in the job opening in required location
• Introduce and “sell” the job opening to candidates
• To provide candidates’ English CVs with contact information (mobile, email)
• To collect and provide written information gathered during interviews with candidates, such as:
• Work experience
• Reasons for leaving for last 3 jobs in CV
• Basic personal information (hometown, current location, marital status)
• Salary information (current and expected)
• Required language level
• Motivation for the new job
• Identify strong skills and weaknesses of each candidate for the role

Requirements:

• Based in China (any city)
• Native Chinese and good English languages level
• Experienced in recruitment of different levels engineers in Automotive, Automation and IT industry
• Can identify and deliver qualified candidates fast and efficient
• Responsive (by phone, email and/or WeChat)
