岗位职责：
1、负责海外App产品规划、产品设计和迭代改进；
2、根据产品运营数据进行数据挖掘，持续改进和优化产品；
3、进行市场调查、信息整理，提出新产品的设计思路和方向；
4、管理项目进度，协调设计、开发、运营等团队资源，分析并及时响应业务需求，提出产品解决方案；
5、团队管理及对产品数据负责。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，有独立负责App产品的经验，英语六级或以上；
2、熟悉国外APP产品（to c)，有工具或内容类APP产品经验者优先；
3、熟悉移动互联网或软件产品的整体实现过程，包括从需求分析到产品发布，有从0-1产品设计经验者优先 ；
4、熟悉数据分析，拥有数据驱动产品改进的良好习惯，以及以用户为中心的产品设计理念；
5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，职业修养良好，能承受较大的压力。
6、对用户需求有敏锐的洞察力，并具备出色的沟通能力、项目把控能力、产品策划能力、数据分析能力、组织协调能力以及良好的团队合作精神；
7、执行力强，做事精益求精，工作态度严谨，具有创新能力，且能承受一定的工作压力；
