- To lead and drive a group of business by providing strategic directions in the development of total communication services;

-Managing and optimizing resources to achieve revenue goals for the business;

-Developing business partner relationships with key people in the designated client organization

More specifically:

- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

- Communicates the client's goals, constructive feedback and represent the client's interests, to the team.

- Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

- Reports to the Director of Client Service, providing regular input on all responsible accounts activity

Requirements:

- 8+ years of account management, a minimum of 1 year holding GAD in an 4A agency environment,FMCG industry experience is a plus

- Proven success in growing account and revenue generation

- Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management

- Experience managing services and project related business

- Ability to develop and motivate a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills in both English and Chinese
