Responsibilities:

? Opens and closes job nos and controls billing
? Prepare status report and contact reports
? Manages filing of documents and other work-in-process materials
? Prepare and maintains record of competitors report
? Prepares and follows through on quotations
? Prepares schedule and ensures the delivery is in time
? Follow up on all delegations from line manager     

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree, Major in Marketing, advertising, business administration is preferred
? Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint are must have)
? 1-2 years of account service experience
? Responsible, Organized, detail oriented
? Willing to work hard with irregular hours
? Good command of English
? Good communication skills
