Key responsibilities：
1. Product and Range
？ Define new product programmes together with PM team and implementation plan.
？ Define product line positioning together with local sales team
？ Define product specification. Liaise with PM and Technical department regarding technical spec, feeding in requirement for market positioning.
？ Track new product development and sales status in AP, and PDP effectiveness alignment among related teams
？ Product life cycle management policy. Implement product policy for range in Asia.
？ Regular review of range; from gap analysis against vehicle parc and competitor comparisons to cleanliness of the range


2. Communication
？ Create sales argumentation and product differentials with support of PM and Engineering. Liaise with sales to train customers on features and benefits over our competitors. Create marcomm materials in support of B&C team support.
？ Undertake Key customer presentations in China
？ Feedback market requirements, and modify product offering as appropriate.

3. Price and Promotion
？ Program annual price policy and promotion scheme by product line
？ Manage product GM to achieve the set target by product line
？ Monitor customer requirements and competitor moves, regular price benchmarking.
？ Monitor the key material movement liaising with Purchasing team
？ Responsibility for Product Line Sales, Gross Margin in Asia against OP

4. Go to market activities and sales forecast management
？ Support product launch for key customers
？ Evaluate channel expansion plan with sales and operation team
？ China monthly sale Forecast and inventory forecast based on sales analysis and market movement

5. Team management – no staff to support this role, need the candidate hands on.

What we are looking for Experience
? 3+ years relevant experience in a multinational company

Education
? Bachelor or above (Prefer major in mechanical or automobile)
