职位描述


  

I.       DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):

  

1.      Drive revenue within new key accounts within the territory. Identify, prospect and qualify new opportunities

  

2.      Work closely with FAEs , product line and marketing to take advantages of their programs to maximize business, develop design wins through sales activities.

  

3.      Develop sales programs to move Bourns products off distributor shelves to the end customer.

  

4.      Excellent leadership. Collaborate, share your account knowledge, learnings and best practices to enhance the team selling power

  

5.      Manage assigned direct accounts and distribution channels to increase sales revenue continually

  

6.      Experience using CRM tools for pipeline control.

  

7.      Visit customers in regular base. Be the communication channel between customer and Bourns to make sure projects are processed correctly

  

8.      Ability to handle multiple priorities and influence at varying levels across the organization

  •  Customers / Distributors
  • ? Outside Sales Force within Asia Region
  • ? Product Marketing Teams / Market Directors/ GMs / Plants

III.  COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  

ORAL:

  

Excellent verbal English skills required to communicate instructions and present ideas, concepts and solutions to all levels of employees and customers.

  

 

  

WRITTEN:

  

Excellent  written skills in English. Required to issue instructions and present ideas, concepts, and solutions to all levels of employees and customers via letters, memos, graphs, charts, etc.

    

 

    

IV. SCHEDULING AND PLANNING

  

  • ? Involved in daily, short-term, and long-range planning activities
  • ? Job may require travel .

    

 

    

V. BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  

EDUCATION: 

  

Graduation from a recognized university, or equivalent education and/or experience in Electronics related with a bachelor degree.    

  

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: 

  

Minimum of 6 years of field experience with some or all of the years involved in electronic sales role

  

OTHER SKILLSL

  

Must possess skills in the following areas:  Presentation, analytical, Organization, Creativity, Motivation, coordination of multiple projects.  Must possess computer literacy and enthusiasm.
