岗位职责:

1.负责人力资源相关制度的起草、制定、推广、执行和人事档案管理;

2.负责招聘工作、搭建并完善人才梯队。完成员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、晋升等手续;

3.负责薪酬绩效体系优化完善和有序执行；

4. 协助部门负责人，开展企业文化建设和组织能力建设；

5. 协助总经理执行公司各项工作计划和安排；

6. 完成总经理交办的事务性工作。

岗位要求：

1. 统招本科毕业，985/211优先，人力资源等相关专业；

2. 3年以上人力资源相关岗位经验，熟悉人力资源相关法律法规；

3. 有较好的学习能力，文字功底强；

4. 熟练操作办公软件 （Excel， Word，PPT）；

5. 良好的英语听说读写能力；

5. 有较好的团队合作精神和协作能力。
