KAMI is a company specialized in the textile Industry. KAMI provides working clothes to luxury brands all over the world. Our headquarter is based in France. The Shanghai office monitors the production and delivery activities.

Main missions:

3PL warehouse coordinator:

1. Coordinate the inbound and outbound activitiesof the 3PL warehouse in Shanghai (Finished goods and raw materials)
2. Follow up the stock level, guarantee that there is no discrepancy with the headquarter’s stock level.
3. Establishes and maintains effective communication of information with headquarter’s various teams for different projects: new client’sarrival, new SKUs to be stored, sticker information verification, etc…
4. Product master data maintenance
5. 3PL Monthly billing follow-up
6. Re-negociate every 1 or 2 years the terms of the3PL warehouse service contract

Transportation and custom clearance operations coordinator:

1. Work on custom clearance processes so that KAMI becomes autonomous on custom clearance operations
2. Find new transportation partners for Air & Sea shipments abroad and local deliveries.
3. Optimize transportation in order to limit costs, transportation quotation follow-up
4. Management and follow-up of customers claims for the Chinese market

Requirements:

1. Expertise in warehouse management processes& transportation operations
2. Very good knowledge of custom clearance processes with local authorities
3. Good understanding of 3rd party contract and outsourced logistics solution management
4. Collaboration skills with multifunctional stakeholders
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and in Chinese (written and spoken)
6. Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office, excellence in Excel and warehouse management tools
7. Bachelor or Master’s degree in international trade and/or supply chain management

第三方物流仓库协调员 :

1. -协调上海第三方物流仓库(成品和原材料)的进出库工作
2. -跟踪库存数据，确保与总部数据无差异
3. -针对不同项目与总部各团队建立并保持有效的信息沟通:新客户的到来，新sku的存储，贴纸信息的验证 , 等等
4. -产品主数据维护
5. -第三方物流仓库月度账单核对
6. -每1年或2年重新协商第三方物流仓储服务合同的条款

运输及清关业务协调员:

1. 负责清关流程，使KAMI能够自主进行清关操作
2. 寻找新的运输伙伴 :空运, 海运和本地的物流
3. 优化运输以限制成本，运输报价跟进
4. 管理和跟进中国市场的客户投诉

要求 :

1. 具备仓库管理流程和运输操作方面的专业知识
2. 熟悉当地海关的清关流程
3. 熟悉第三方合同和外包物流解决方案管理
4. 与多功能利益相关者的协作技巧
5. 流利的英文(书面及口头)及中文(书面及口头)
6. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件，精通Excel和仓库管理工具
7. 本科或硕士学位，国际贸易或供应链管理专业
