1. 确保与客户保持联系并保持良好的关系 Clarification and solving technical problem in co-ordination with other Stueken locations

2. 与其他子公司合作澄清和解决技术问题 Coordination and organization of communication with customers

3. 协调和组织与客户沟通 Support Account Manager and Sales Manager to deal with related business issues.

4. 协助客户经理和销售经理处理相关业务 Measures for prevention of potential errors in sales

5. 防止潜在销售错误的措施 Main Responsibilities主要工作: Receive and check NDA from customers

6. 接收和审核客户保密协议 Investigate customer qualification and background.

7. 审查客户资质和背景资料 Initiate RFQ make cost calculation and submit quotations under supervision.

8. 启动报价做成本分析经审核后发送报价. Prepare documentation of Technical Agreement and commercial operations

9. 准备技术协议和商业运作的文件 Reviewing and drafting of contracts

10. 审查和起草合同 Project management for new programs(launch email sample report article drawing request etc.)

11. 新项目的项目管理(项目启动，样品报告单，图纸申请等) Order handling(initiate sales order)

12. 订单处理(创建销售订单) Co-Ordination of information-flow from customers to internal departments and other facilities

13. 协调从客户到内部部门和其他子公司的信息流 Prepare documentation for customer（packaging proposal capacity study etc）

14. 准备客户要求的文件（如包装规范，产能分析等） Receive external customer complaints and initiate internal analysis process prepare 8D report.

15. 接受外部客户投诉并启动内部分析流程，整理8D报告. Visiting customers and attending fairs

17. 拜访客户，参加展会. Other works assigned by Account Manager and Sales Manager

18. 客户经理和销售经理安排的其他工作 Requirements任职要求: Excellent spoken and written mandarin

19. 优秀的口语和书面普通话 Very good spoken and written English

20. 非常好的口语和书面英语 College or above degree in marketing material or mechanical engineering

21. 大专以上学历，营销材料或机械工程 Excellent technical comprehension

22. 优秀的技术理解力 More than 2 years work experience in sales or project management

23. 2年以上销售或项目管理工作经验 Work experience in foreignmultinational company preferred

24. 有国外跨国公司工作经验者优先 Work experience in same or related industry preferred.

25. 有相同或相关行业的工作经验者优先 Good urbane appearance and behaviour

26. 良好的个人素养 Professional and analytical working skills

27. 专业和分析工作技能 Good sense of teamwork.

28. 良好的团队意识 Good IT skills (Microsoft office ERP)

29. 良好的IT技能（微软办公软件，ERP）
