Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Perform costing calculation in manufacturing site and improve costing approach by 2 possible dimensions:
• From costing by sales order to costing by product (production order);
• From one flat hourly rate to hourly rate in every workshop;
• As representative of finance department, monitor movement in supply chain in K3;
• Support to transfer from Lavalpool (one ERP system) to K3;
• Balance Sheet reconciliation on Inventory for all entities;
• Design and implement different procedures for inventory movement, for example, samples to exhibition, consignment etc.;
• Counterparty in finance department with Production, Warehouse;
• Other tasks assigned by the Company

Qualifications:

Working experience:

• Working experience both Foreign company and Private Company;
• Engage in costing supervisor for at least 5 years;
• Experience with a team of 1-2 staff;
• Familiar with ERP system, especially for production.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree. Major: accounting, management etc.;

Other skills:

• Experience on K3 is a MUST;
• English: written Must; speak & listen Preferred.

Characteristics:

• High IQ who can get along with existing colleagues;
• Be familiar with different working environment (both Foreign company and Private

Company).
