1. Develop, implement, and manage sales & marketing strategies, lead the teams to reach the business development plan and goals.

2. Manages sales opportunities through the stages of the selling cycle, secure the deals, and achieve sales target and grow market share.

3. Manage the sales team to maximize profit objectives.

4. Coordinate the sales teams in US & Europe to effectively communite wiht the Engineering teams in China.

5. Track order, and ensure the orderly delivery of new projects to improve customer satisfaction.

    新订单项目的跟踪，确保项目节点的有序交付，以提高客户满意度。

6. Work with customer to improve accuracy of forecast and also collect Account Receivables in time.

    与客户合作，提高预测的准确性，并及时收回应收账款。

7. Keep in good relationship with customers, and actively developed the new opportunities.

    与客户保持良好的关系，并积极发展新的机会。

8. Update market intelligence and trend feedback to support the company product strategy.

9. Other tasks arranged by Managing Director.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above
   本科学历及以上

2.Engineering (mechanical or electric)

   工程相关专业（机械或电子）

3.Sales & marketing management with at least 10 years working experience in mechanical or electric industry, automobile industry, new energy industry market background is preferred.
   至少10年以上机械或电子行业的销售和市场管理经验，有汽车行业、新能源行业背景优先。

4.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Mandarin and English
   优良的普通话和英语书面和口头沟通能力

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family.
