主要职责： 

1. 开具增值税发票，并确保其与ERP系统中的信息一致。
2. 核对出口报关单和ERP发票并开具增值税普通发票
3. 整理并归档出口报关单，相应的税务发票和送货单用以出口收汇和国家外汇管理局检查
4. 处理异常的增值税发票（如增值税发票作废，由于退货等原因开具负数增值税发票）
5. 扫描增值税发票，并保存到IT设置的默认共享文件夹中；
6. 根据客户需求，为客户准备详细的增值税发票清单等文件。
7. 核对金税系统已***销售额，销项税金与ERP系统的销售额，销项税金并制作调节表
8. 协助资金部和税务专员处理银行和税务事项

 

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历, 会计或相关专业；
2. 至少1年相关经验
3. 会计上岗证
4. 熟悉中国会计准则和税法
5. 熟练掌握MS Office, 有ERP系统经验
6. 基本的英语听，写能力
