• Monitor the news of Metro orders. Specifically, it is divided into Metro DC orders and Metro store direct delivery order confirmation and communication

• Metro supply chain system operation: including POS data collection, order reservation and delivery date communication, and modification of the order quantity of out-of-stock products, so as not to cause out-of-stock fines

• B2B Expansion: Assist KA manager to expand Metro B2B orders and finally form an effective executable plan for B2B customers

• FSCT: Assist the KA manager to estimate Metro production and inform the factory in advance for large orders.

• Store customer relationship maintenance: Shanghai Metro stores regularly visit, and Metro stores outside the city communicate via telephone, WeChat, email, etc. to maintain a good customer relationship. Collect photos of products on shelves, communicate orders, and collect information on competing products

• Other tasks assigned by KA manager
