Scope/Job Summary

    

The digital marketing specialist is responsible for creating and designing, as well as delivering various marketing programs towards supporting growth and expansion of our organization’s products (both prosthetics and bracing-support), especially via the Internet.

    

Responsibilities

    

• Accountable for digital marketing related projects from design, development, launch to maintenance including social media, video production, content creation to generate leads and moves them further along the funnel
• Coordinate and develop multimedia packages for the business growth of the organization
• Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis
• Plan and oversee the execution of campaign schedules and budgets
• Assistant in designing and daily management of literature as well as POSM

Knowledge & Skills

    

• Possess a good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
• Possess proven experience in innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery
• Ability to manage microsites, social media applications, and online ads.
• Possess a solid understanding of social media marketing and campaigning
• Understand the workings of main Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Sina Weibo,TikTok and Kuaishou; Facebook and Twitter would be a plus
• Possess skills of HTML, Premiere, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar would be a plus
• Understand the workings of main Chinese and Western search engines such as Baidu, Google would be a plus
• Ability to multitask and to remain functional under pressure
• Possess strong communication skills

Education and Experience

    

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to marketing, e-business
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media, and SEO
• Team player with positive attitude
• Regularly proposes creative new ideas and improvements
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of the English language/writing skills
• Position requires travel
