• 负责管理现场分配的服务干预措施
• 负责执行和报告上的各种服务措施和项目一起分配的服务团队
• 负责新旧设备的安装和调试，验证和校准
• 预防性维护干预和检查，设备维修及搬迁
• 升级：就功能升级，控制升级，HSE升级（包含，ATEX等），为客户，项目经理和同事的现场服务工程师提供建议，支持和合作
• 对安装的操作，过程方面有一种感觉，并可以提升更高级的服务
• 实现客户满意度和客户服务KPI，并与服务团队一起在当地GEA分支机构开发本地服务能力
• Manages independently the assigned service interventions on site in a timely and qualitative manner
• Preparation, execution and reporting on the various service interventions and projects assigned together the Service Team
• Installation & commissioning, validation and calibration of new (and older) equipment
• Preventive maintenance interventions and inspections, repairs and relocation of equipment
• Upgrades: advise, support and cooperate with customers, project managers and colleagues field service engineers on functional upgrades, controls upgrades, HSE upgrades (containment, ATEX, etc.)
• Develops a feeling for operation of the installation, the process aspects and can grow into more advanced services on the long term
• Achieving customer  satisfaction and customer service KPI’s, as well as developing local service capabilities in local GEA branches together with the Service Team

岗位要求

• 本科及以上学历，自动控制或机电一体化专业毕业
• 并有三年以上相关工作经历 (机械机电维修, 自动化控制， 机电一体化)
• 对机械制造的所有方面都有经验/浓厚的兴趣：应用知识，过程工程，电子和控制，机械工程
• 为人正直，具备良好的团队精神
• 需要经常出差，
• 英语至少能读写一般商务与专业文件并能进行般日常对话；

• Bachelor/master Degree Electric, Electro Mechanics or Mechanic (or equivalent by experience.)
• Experience / strong interest in all machine building aspects: application knowledge, process engineering, electronics and controls, mechanical engineering
• Accurate, no nonsense attitude and able to take responsibility for customer service projects
• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and flexible team player with commercial affinity
• Prepared to travel frequently
