Key Responsibilities:

• 负责正确传达以及执行公司对经销商管理政策。

• 负责经销商的开发，培养和管理。

• 负责提升经销商竞争力，增加市场占有率。

• 负责与相关部门能良好协作与沟通为经销商提供相应的支持。

• 使用CRM管理经销商。

• 完成销售目标。

• 市场情报的收集与分析，竞争对手信息汇总整理.

• 注重团队合作，完成不同维度的销售业绩目标。 

                  

Qualifications and Personal Skills:

• 大学专科及以上学历

• 3年以上的涂料销售经验，有分销商管理工作经验的优先.

• 优秀的沟通能力，良好的商务谈判能力

• 乐于分享，团队协作

• 为人客观公正，形象良好，谈吐优秀

• 良好的市场调查分析能力，数据分析能力，熟练操作办公软件

• 积极主动，思维敏捷，办事高效

• 能接受频繁出差，承受较大工作压力
