#Manage customer accounts and respond promptly to customer inquiries;

# Process orders timely and ensuring compliance;

# Keep order records of customer interaction and transaction document;

# Direct or escalate requests of unresolved issue;

# Manage order administration for best sales order and shippable visibility;

# Drive on time delivery commitment;

# Follow up on order price revision, related returns, billing error;

# Handle and follow up customer complaints.

# Diploma or equivalent education;

# Sales support or related experience is preferred.
