岗位职责

    

1. 根据品牌调性，配合每季服装主题，制定品牌的鞋包配饰的商品企划;
2. 根据品牌设计风格、流行趋势和开发进度，配合服装产品的展示和售卖需求，进行设计和开发配饰产品；
3. 把握品牌调性进行鞋子和箱包的设计，独立完成产品设计工作，不断去创新和突破设计产品；
4. 熟悉面料及工艺，对产品品质及细节进行审核和把控,有审美和高品质要求；
5. 及时了解服饰销售情况，对饰品企划及设计进行及时的调整;
6. 负责与供应商对接，进行样品的打样、跟进、修改,，确保样品能够达到预期效果;
7. 完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。

1. 本科及以上：鞋履设计、鞋配设计、皮革箱包设计、服饰设计、产品设计等相关设计专业；
2. 有3年及以上相关行业的工作经验者优先；
3. 有很好的审美和较强的商业敏感度，对鞋子/包有独到的理念，喜欢探索新事物;
4. 熟悉鞋/包类产品的开发流程，对材料、版型和制作工艺等有很强的认知和经验，能独立完成从无到有的设计相关工作;
5. 能熟练使用办公软件和设计软件；
6. 具备良好的美术手绘功底；
7. 责任心强，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

 Feng Chen Wang is a Chinese-born, menswear designer at the forefront of a new generation of fashion talent emerging from China. Wang studied MA Fashion Menswear at the prestigious Royal College of Art, London, graduating in 2015, and launching her eponymous label the same year.

Describing her aesthetic as “bold, futuristic and structured”, she focusses on technical outerwear, creating unisex clothing for both men and women, which is functional but at the same time conceptual and personal, drawing on her life experiences. Recent collections have seen her explore her family and Chinese heritage.

Nominated for the 2016 LVMH Prize, Wang has always been part of leading international talent platforms, showing twice at London Fashion Week Men’s as part of Lulu Kennedy’s Fashion East support scheme for emerging designers, MAN. Following three seasons showing on-schedule at New York Fashion Week for men, Wang has more recently been showcasing at London Fashion Week Mens since January 2019 with standalone runway shows, which represents a new stage of her brand’s journey.

The brand is stocked in leading boutiques and online platforms including SSense, Lane Crawford, H Lorenzo, Dover Street Market Ginza and Printemps. Wang is sought after for collaborations, and has recently worked on exciting projects with Levi’s and Converse, bringing her unique and artistic sensibility to those projects. The business team operates in offices/studios in both Shanghai and London, taking advantage of Wang's global connections.
