职位描述
1、 在主编以及编辑的指导和配合下，独立完成杂志整体美工设计，做到结构合理，具有一定的视觉冲击力；
2、 结合编辑创意、策划思路、主导设计杂志整体板式。
3、 完成主编交待的其他日常工作。
岗位要求：
1、 熟悉杂志运作流程，对图片、文字、色彩等具有较高的敏感性，有优秀的创作、设计能力；
2、清晰杂志定位和风格，并在此基础上进行创新；
3、熟练操作Coreldraw、Photoshop、Indesign等平面设计软件；
4、抗压能力强，能在快节奏下同时处理并完成多项任务，具有良好的沟通及团队协作能力，能与内外部客户及同事之间进行有效的多向交流，亦能独立工作
