Main Responsibilities：

      Logistics coordination

• Work as the primary contact with carrier/Nvocc  local office ;
• Evaluate the Carrier/Nvocc local office performance. Regular review meeting with carrier/Nvocc local office to keep close with the local marketing;
• Close communication with the German logistics dept on  logistics issues settlement
• Shipment coordination in daily PO on time delivery.
• Logistics information and solution preparation as the part of the supply chain management;

      Order Management

• Responsible for order follow up from order issued to document dispatch after shipping; Work as the primary contact for supplier on operation issues
• Monitor order tracking milestone per project plan provided by merchandiser and control order on time shipping; Collect and monitor item status updated by Merchandising/QA/Packaging teams; Coordinate with cross functions for any issues related to on time shipping
• Analyse the delay reason and the responsible party,  and update the tracking list timely and accurately
• Manage and improve order on time performance
• Alert the potential issue to related teams and supervisor timely, work actively to solve the problem

 

      Other work assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma degree or above

• Over 3 years' Supplier Chain Management  experience in trading, shipping or factory, preferably in  sourcing office

• Good sense of order follow up and order management

• Good coordination skill

• Strong in problem solving, detail-orientated, proactive working attitude

• Good time management

• Good analysis skills
