该名员工将服务于一家关联公司，上海保赛固保安服务有限公司，其主营业务为保安服务、联网报警服务和安防工程。

工作内容：

- 供应商开发与维护，帮助公司实现成本优化

- 控制公司的各项成本信息，如房租、差旅、专业服务、软件、硬件等

- 采购及仓库管理流程制定

- 建立和维护供应商名单

- 采购产品类别为安防工程设备、保安服、装备、宿舍用品等物资

- 预测物资的使用量并提前采购

- 仓库管理，出入库、码放、配货、盘点、对账等工作

- 收集驻点退回的保安服及设备，安排干洗、维修并决定是否重复使用

- 保安员宿舍管理，包括搜寻合适的宿舍、签订租赁协议、处理退房、安排付房租、与房东的协调、定期宿舍检查等

- 间接采购，如办公用品，节日礼品等

 

要求：

- 本科及以上学历，电子类、供应链管理类专业优先

- 熟悉安防类产品

- 良好的议价能力和沟通能力

- 有管理经验优先考虑

- 可用英语收发邮件和口头沟通

- 工作勤奋认真

- 团队合作精神

This employee will support an associated company, Shanghai Baosaigu Security Service Co., Ltd.,  its main business is security guarding, alarms and security engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Supplier development and maintenance, help the company achieve cost optimization

- Control the costs of the company, including rents, trips, professional services, software, hardware etc.

- Create the process structure of purchasing and warehouse management

- Build and maintain validated supplier list

- Sourcing of security engineering products, guard uniforms, devices and dormitory supplies

- Forecast and purchase the materials in advance

- Warehouse management, including entering stock, delivery, pile up, sorting, stock-taking, and reconciliation with the finance team etc.

- Collection of returned uniforms and devices from sights, arrange washing and repair and decide whether to reuse

- Dormitory management, including searching for suitable rental dormitories, signing rental agreement, closing rental agreement, arranging rent payment, coordination with the landlord, regular checking of the dormitory

- Indirect sourcing for office supplies, gifts etc.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree and above, electronics and supply chain related major is preferred

- Familiar with security products

- Good negotiation and communication skills

- Management experience is preferred

- Able to communicate in English verbally and has good reading and writing skills

- Hard working, careful

- Team working spirit
