#Main Tasks
1, In charge of market and sales development of industrial business within local regions including implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target, increase market share.
2, Identify and develop new customers and new applications in East China.
3, Provide technical support to customers through frequent visits, telephone communication and seminars.
4, Timely follow up with sales leads and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
5, Track sales opportunities in terms of content, budget and schedule to achieve and exceed sales targets and increase market share in the target industrial.
6, Collect competitors’ information: price, product services etc. and understand competition offerings and contribute to visions for new product development.
7, Work together with marketing and sales support to prepare Demo show and marketing activities.
8, Build long-term and in-depth relationship with existing and new customers.
9, Investigate market situation and potential market size to assist management in business forecast.
#Requirements Profile
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial automation is preferred.
2, At least 2 years sales experience in industry. Sales experience for sensors and systems will be preferred.
3, Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills.
4, Self-motivated, flexible and good team player.
5, Exceptionally energetic, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency, strong and comprehensive understanding of multi-product, solution selling.
6, Effective interpersonal skills and willingness to travel.
7, Good English skill in written and spoken.
8, Advanced learning agility.
