Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that purchasing practices comply with Division established policies, procedures and ethical practice.

2. Issue Purchase Order and lease purchasing signal to approved supplies timely as required by Material Planning Systems. Updated the purchasing price in systems and provide vendors updated forecast.

3. Follow up the P.O status, work with supplier understand their system to ensure they have capacity & Plan B.

4. Monitor supplier performance quality and delivery. Resolve supplier parts quality issues in a timely manner to minimize impact to operations and customer.

5. Maintain an Approved Supplier Master database as directed by Strategic Procurement. Liaise with vendors and customers to meet customer request delivery at all time.

6. Check the payment with suppliers, Issue the payment voucher to Fin Dept in the payment term.

7. Works with quality department to follow the goods return procedure.

8. Support production dept to arrange short term production plan

9. Sales Order receipt, production coordination and ensure the goods shipping timely.

10. Support Material inventory reduction programs including Lean Mfg

11. Support Shipping department logbook application, follow up the RM import and FG export status

12. On time delivery report

    Qualifications:

1. College graduate

2. 2-3 years experience in material management in multinational manufacturing company

3. Good command of English and PC. Good communications and negotiation skill.

4. Must be a self initiative and responsibility, honest and trustworthy

5. Living in the district FengXian or Xin Zhuang is preferred
