工作职责：

1、进行日常Helpdesk的工作，具有常用办公室故障诊断能力

2、管理客户台式机、笔记本、服务器、路由器等所有相关设备

3、处理网络及计算机故障；负责病毒的查杀，维护网络系统安全

4、公司办公系统管理（OA、企业邮箱等）

5. 信息化工具及平台建设，不断满足员工办公信息化需求

6、负责公司其他相关工作

能力要求：

1、计算机或IT相关专业，大专及以上学历，应届毕业生也可考虑

2、软件：熟练使用Window10、常用办公软件（各个版本Office、各种游览器等）

3、跳线：对网络跳线（网线、电话线）有一定的操作和维护经验

4、制作Ghost镜像，完成PC设备系统安装和环境安装

5、具备学习沟通和协作能力，执行力强，有良好的服务意识。

6、愿意接受加班，抗压能力优秀

Job responsibilities:

1. Carry out daily work of Helpdesk and have the ability of common office troubleshooting

2. Manage all related equipment of customers' desktops, laptops, servers, routers, etc

3. Dealing with network and computer faults; Responsible for virus checking and killing, maintain network system security

4. Office system management (OA, corporate email, etc.)

5. Construction of informatization tools and platforms to constantly meet employees' needs for office informatization

6. Responsible for other related work of the company

Ability requirements:

1, computer or IT related majors, college degree or above, fresh graduates may also be considered

2. Software: proficient in Windows 10, common Office software (various versions of Office, various browsers, etc.)

3. Jumper: have certain operation and maintenance experience in network jumper (network cable, telephone line)

4, making Ghost mirror, complete PC equipment system installation and environment installation

5. Have the ability to learn communication and collaboration, strong executive force, and good sense of service.

6. Willing to work overtime, excellent anti-pressure ability.

Location: Qingpu district.
