Key Tasks and Responsibilities：

• Lead a project team to define and drive the vision for O2O mobile, e-com, store digitalization, Omni channel products;

• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operation, CRM and EC team to build product requirements and drive successful launch of products;

• Design innovative product features with the goal of improving customer acquisition, retention, and sales;

• Drive strategic alignment with company business goals;

• Management of Project delivery internal team and external vendors;

• Overall accountability for the success of o2o digital projects;

• Creation of project budget justifications and benefits and seek senior management approvals;

• Responsible for tracking project progress of implementation to meet deliverables and system go-live date;

• Day to day management of internal and external resources involved in project;

• Work directly with project stakeholders to review business/functional/technical requirements to ensure high quality delivery;

• Work in conjunction with Project Team to set and manage stakeholder expectations around project timelines and functionalities;

• Responsible for managing and communicating issues to business teams and internal project teams;

• Compliance and Audit standards are understood and applied.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification – scientific, mathematics, engineering with IT content.

• BA/BS required MBA a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years with experience working in an international organization with product manager experience and project management experience.

• Experience in Web page design and develop, UI/UE design a plus.

• Experience in mobile app development and operation, worked out one APP product already.

• Previous retail IT management, store digitalization, o2o and e-Commerce experience a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Project Management Certification (PMP) a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Knowledge of e-Commerce processes and Micro Service Internet structured systems.

• Mandarin and English speaker, Innovation mode inside.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Strong time management skills.

• Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
