(6-8 Accountabilities which form the core responsibilities of the position / 6-8条岗位的主要职责)

1.     Review and monitor the daily process of vendor invoice and employee expense reimbursement and ensuring its compliance with company policy and local tax requirement

2.     Ensure no payment delays and follow payment on time.

3.     Review and monitor AP closing activities to ensure the AP journal entries and accounts reconciliation are completed on time

4.     Lead the resolution of issues identified during the normal course of AP operations and ensuring all concerns raised are appropriately addressed and monitored

5.     Implement continuous improvement in AP procedures; lead AP related projects

6.     Coach and develop team member to improve the capability of AP team

7.  Coordinating support for internal and external audit requests

8.  other assignments assigned by manager

Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：

1.     Bachelor or Master degree, major in Finance/Accounting or relevant.

2.     Over five years accounting work experience in manufacturing company, at least two years with leadership, be of high responsibility, initiative at work, excellent communication skill

3.     Knowledge of IFRS, PRC Accounting Principles and Chinese Tax Regulations

4.     Knowledge of COSO or experience with internal control could be a plus

5.     Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English
